We price by van load — from £59 for a mini load up to £259 for a full 14 yd³ van — or by item for single pieces like sofas and mattresses. Labour, loading and disposal are all included; the price you see is the price you pay.

No. Our two-person crew does all the lifting and loading from wherever the waste is — loft, garden, cellar, third-floor tenement. Loose or bagged is fine.

Yes. We are a SEPA-registered waste carrier (registration WCR/R/3023956, searchable on the SEPA public register) and carry full public liability insurance. You'll receive a digital waste transfer note after every job so you have proof your waste was disposed of legally.

Everything goes to a licensed transfer station where it's sorted. Furniture and appliances in good condition are donated or passed to reuse partners; wood, metal, cardboard and green waste are recycled. Our aim is to keep as much as possible out of landfill.

Asbestos, paint tins in bulk, chemicals, gas bottles, tyres and clinical waste. If you're not sure, send us a photo and we'll tell you straight away.

Not necessarily. If access is arranged — a key safe, neighbour, or letting agent — we can complete the job and send you photos before and after. Payment can be taken by card link or bank transfer.
